Services in the Home

As a Guest in Your Home:

Coordination of recognized and trusted Certified Home Health Care Agencies for skilled nursing and /or physical/occupational therapies and personal care services.
Services can include Medical or Mental Health, or both. (With physicians approval that meet Medicare benefits & guidelines).
Educational support and stress reduction to adult children in caring for family members.
Adjustment to illness and/or coping with loss issues.
In the absence of Medicare, or other payer sources, private duty help can be arranged with known and trusted community resources.
Bathing and/or dressing services as requested.
Homemaker services as wanted.
Coordination of In-Home Equipment or Supplies to improve home safety, help reduce falls, and to help get around the living spaces with greater ease.
Emergency Response Systems for Rapid Help before or after a crisis occurs.
Medication Delivery to the home (at no additional costs) with doctor and pharmacy working together as a team.
Transportation Resources.
Assistance with Forms for Living Wills, Health Care Surrogates and Durable Power of Attorney over Healthcare (not a substitute for legal advice).
Guidance to obtain Elder Law Counsel per request.
Public or private medical billing problems or questions.
“STOP SMOKING” education and guidance.
Placement assistance and education, only when absolutely necessary.
