Fees

If during the first visit it is determined that services cannot be provided, there is no charge for that visit.
 

If services can be provided, payment for home visits is typically provided at the end of each appointment.

• Home visit outside Palm Beach County    
  (Per discussion) 
   
• Telephone calls, conference calls (excluding “social talk”) 
  $15.00 per ¼ hour
   
• Emails, faxes, letter writing    
  $15.00 per ¼ hour

Exceptions and Retainer Fees

1. Exceptions to usual and customary fees for service and time must be agreed upon in advance to services and time rendered. In most cases, this is best done by phone and/or in writing.

2. If a retainer fee is adopted, any money not used for services and/or time will be refunded in full within 5 business days.

3.      Crisis Intervention / Urgent Care Help will be provided, when possible and in most instances in good faith, when no payment can be made at the time of the service as long as there is a verbal and/or written agreement that services were requested.
